Wine Pairing Guide
Great wine starts with a great grape, and our grapes are the finest in the Texas region. Our signature DAVINE WINES capture the true essence of the terroir in which our fruit is grown. Each wine provides a wonderful intensity of fruit, texture, and mouthfeel, making it easy to pair and enjoy.

Chardonnay
Pair Chardonnay with mild, buttery, or creamy dishes. Meaty fish (halibut, cod) and shellfish (lobster, shrimp, crab, scallops.) Subtly flavored, simply seasoned poultry and pork dishes.

Merlot
Merlot generally pairs well with chicken and other light meats. Beef, duck, and turkey particularly grilled or roasted also compliment this medium-weighted red wine.

Rosé
Light off-dry tempranillo Rose pairs well with lasagna, pizza, and tomato-based dishes. Barbecue grilled-meats, smokey dishes, and Mexican foods, such as tacos, nachos, and burritos.

Riesling
Rieslings are extraordinarily versatile with food. In general, pair lighter, crisper Rieslings with delicate (or raw) fish: more substantial rieslings are food with Asian food, chicken, salmon, and tuna.
